My name is Katarina Bachner, founder of Bachner Consulting.
I’m a business economist with 15 years of hands-on experience and a clear belief: Real change never comes from a single perspective, it happens right in the middle of things.
I’m particularly passionate about the MedTech sector, as well as pharma, healthcare and tourism - dynamic environments where substance, regulatory sensitivity and the courage to find practical solutions truly matter.
What sets me apart? I think quickly, connect the dots and challenge conventional thinking. I’m not satisfied with the first layer of a problem. I dig deep until we uncover the real core of the challenge.
